I offer one-to-one Mindfulness Coaching to individuals. You may be new to Mindfulness practice or you may want to improve your existing practice.
Counselling and Coaching over Skype are just like face-to-face sessions but they are conducted over the internet using a live video feed.
I will be in exactly the same room as I am for face-to-face sessions.
Meeting in this way can save you time and money as you don't have to travel to see me. You can have the benefit of therapy from the comfort of your own home.
It is essential that you have a good broadband connection and a quiet, safe space where you will not be interrupted.
If you normally see me face-to-face but are away from home, you don't have to miss your session. We can arrange to meet over Skype.
Therapy over Skype is not suitable for clients at risk of harming themselves or who have serious mental health issues.
